Akari Tanaka, an archaeology major, is a dirt-poor college student who doesn’t even mind eating weeds to get by. She scrapes together tuition and living expenses by working part-time at excavation sites—while happily relying on her professor or senior classmates to treat her to meals whenever she can. For some reason, Akari has a knack for unearthing rare treasures at dig sites… but that same luck tends to drag her into trouble as well. Now, together with her large, sweet-toothed senior Koga, this tough, tireless girl dives headfirst into the mysteries that surface at excavation sites.
